Our 14-day money-back guarantee applies to paid digital products purchased directly from SkyBootstrap, including WordPress plugins, WooCommerce extensions, and other paid digital products.
Free products and resources are not eligible for refunds because no payment is required to obtain them.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Contact us using the email address associated with your purchase.
- Include your order or purchase details so we can identify the transaction.
You do not need to provide a reason for requesting a refund.
Refund Period
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
Once the 14-day period has passed, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund under this policy.
Refund Amount
Approved refunds are for 100% of the original purchase amount.
We will issue the refund to the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.
Refund Processing
We process approved refund requests within 7 business days.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Digital Product Delivery
All SkyBootstrap products are delivered digitally. After a successful purchase, you receive access to the applicable product and download or license information electronically.
Because our products are digital, there are no physical products to return.
